System Requirements

  • A windows computer running Windows 10 or Windows 11

  • For users on a Apple Mac computer, we recommend a remote desktop connection to a windows computer or alternatively running CounselPRO under Parallels.

  • The counsellor will need access to the CounselPRO database.

    • If the database is stored in Google Drive Shared Drive then the user will need to have Google Drive for desktop configured and installed.
    • If the database is stored in Sharepoint then the user will need to have the sharepoint site synced to their computer.

  • The counsellor will need user permissions to be able to install applications to the %Appdata% folder.
