- A windows computer running Windows 10 or Windows 11
- For users on a Apple Mac computer, we recommend a remote desktop connection to a windows computer or alternatively running CounselPRO under Parallels.
The counsellor will need access to the CounselPRO database.
- If the database is stored in Google Drive Shared Drive then the user will need to have Google Drive for desktop configured and installed.
- If the database is stored in Sharepoint then the user will need to have the sharepoint site synced to their computer.
The counsellor will need user permissions to be able to install applications to the %Appdata% folder.
